Terms and Conditions


The cost of packaging is included in the price. There is no VAT.

Payment has to be made by cheque, postal order or account transfer. Payment by card is at present not possible. Cheques should be made payable to Benjamin Storch. Please enquire about account details if necessary.

Where the items are not in stock, please allow two weeks for their creation. Large sculptures will take longer.

Payment is expected prior to sending out the ordered item(s) and items will be sent immediately upon receipt of payment, taking into account the above making period where required.

All items are guaranteed to withstand sensible handling for a period of seven years. If any serious faults do occur that seem to be the result of inherent material flaws, then the items can be returned and will be repaired free of charge.

Commissions are most welcome. A charge will be made for the design stage, if applicable, and a deposit of 20% of the item(s)'s value is expected. If the client is not satisfied with the result the deposit will only be returned if the item(s) is/are deemed to be of interest to other customers, so that there is no great loss to me as a maker in the amount of time invested. This can be confirmed before the work is started to avoid any misunderstandings.
